When it’s you against a trucking company or its insurance company, it is not a level playing field.
Many truck companies are very skilled at truck accident investigations and their insurance adjustors are some of the most skilled in the country.
Add these adjusters represent the truck company and could care less about you.
Do not sign anything. Do not even speak with them.
